I don't think killing kime is worth our time is it? He's usually a good distraction to have around I thought.

Rend would probably be a better target, I think.
Or Ardor.

Triple post go!
The village is discussing splitting up or staying all in one place. Should we try to push them one way or the other? Which would be better for us?

Post by infidel on Aug 20, 2010 12:45:56 GMT -5
Today we get free hits, I'm thinking we should have a good chunk of us bomb and stay put so that we reload, we'll be able to move out on day 2 and then have bombs available again after that.
I don't think pushing the village to do one thing or the other matters, just respond to what they do and wipe em out. If they split up evenly then we can focus attacks and npcs appropriately, if they stay clustered then we just keep trying to surround them and pin them in O while we go bomb happy.

There's 9 of us, two of whom can deal 6 damage with our bombs. So we can: Target 1: 6 + 6 = 12 Target 2: 4 + 4 + 4 = 12 Target 3: 4 + 4 + 4 = 12 Target 4: 4 + 12(Skylazer) = 16 <- (For a potential Rage Prinny, like Dionorix) for 4 potential kills on day 1, although our day 2 output will be lower since we won't be able to bomb again. Just need to come up with targets

Post by infidel on Aug 20, 2010 17:38:01 GMT -5
Shall we move the NPCs in one-to-one?
Four zones outer, four zones mid, just move them A -> N etc.?
Or stack them and hope to catch people by surprise. Double up N and S, for example.
I kinda like the stacking idea, and it can help give us cover for using bombs up tonight if we have no "valid" targets tomorrow, when you end up in a zone without NPCs. Head back to O and get a new bomb and a new shot at people.
RG is forming a Team IRC Doods group that I am part of.

That's the way it always goes.
Remember that in this style of game, it's all about having an action history ready that is not able to be proven wrong or inconsistent.
Easiest way to do that is to not do things that you have to lie about, but either way you should always have your story straight.
Other ways you'll get found out is for knowing too much, so honestly try not to think about the mafia info too much. Not everyone has reason to know RG made a team, even though he did it in "public" etc.

Post by The Ender on Aug 20, 2010 18:12:14 GMT -5
I'm infiltrating a small group led by Kime; since we're putting him in the ground, though, this shouldn't be particularly relevant.
I'd like to recommend the following plan:
- Kill Kime with standard Prinny bombs - Kill Dionorix with Bomb + Quantum Skull - Kill Rawkking Goodguy with standard Prinny bombs - Kill Phyphor with extra-damaging Prinny bombs.
The 12 troops on A & B should move to square N, while the 12 troops on D & C should move south. I think we should create a regular-looking pattern of movement for the NPCs, so the village can try to anticipate where they will move.
And then we'll hose 'em.

I think I'm just going to move East and see what happens. I have a feeling it'll be a popular zone for the unaffiliated who are unsure of what to do. I'll be more than happy to pop rawk with a bomb. ... ... ... lol. pop rawk.

I'm going to move out North, which also seems like it'll be a popular spot (according to Kias, anyway).
So, if you bomb Rawkking, I'll bomb Rawkking too. Who else wants to drop a bomb on the Goodguy?

Post by The Ender on Aug 20, 2010 18:33:08 GMT -5
Why don't we take out Lucedes? Because Lucedes isn't as good, in my experience, at analyzing things as Phyphor is? He's got a reasonably powerful role, but it won't mean anything if he's not clever with it. We can always deal with him on day 2.
